When Reserving an Animal...
All deposits are non-refundable unless a problem or passing of an animal under our care.

Deposits can be done by mailing in a check or paid in cash in person.

Feel free to contact us to see current pictures and be updated on you animal(s).
​
You will be given notice a few weeks prior to your animal being ready for pickup. You will have a month after the agreed upon pickup date to pick up your animal. Any longer than a month after that date, we will have the right to re-home the animal with no refund on deposit.

Cash upon pickup is highly recommended. If you're paying with a check, it must be approved with us and sent a week and a half before pick up.

Please know what animal you are taking home. Know the risks of traveling with stressed animals. It may take time for your animal to adapt to their new forever home.
